I created this European charm bead out of an opaque blue glass that has just a hint of translucency, decorated with randomly applied dots of snow white that have been left slightly raised for an fun dimensional effect that remind me of snowballs. I lined the bead with a full-length sterling silver core for a classic, finished look. The ends are hand flared and not glued inserts. It will fit onto any of the popular "add-on" European charm bracelet brands.
