Production time on any made-to-order items will most likely be within the estimated amount of days quoted in the listing, excluding weekends and holidays, although sometimes it may take a bit longer. If it ends up taking longer due to unforeseen circumstances, I will let you know ASAP. If you're in a hurry, or need it by a specific date, please let me know in a comment when you check out and I will do my best to meet your needs.

Returns & exchanges

I fully guarantee my work and if for any reason you're not 110% happy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange (minus shipping) within 7 days. However, all tutorials and custom design orders are non-refundable.

Shipping policies

I ship my in-stock orders within 2 to 4 business days after receiving your payment. If you pay via PayPal e-Check, I will wait until it clears before shipping your order. To save on shipping costs, I ship all items UNINSURED. If you would like insurance on your order, please contact me before paying and I will add that fee to your total.

International buyers are responsible for any and all duties or customs charges that may be applied to your item(s). All my items are securely wrapped inside a new gift box in a padded, weatherproof bubble mailer.

Additional policies

All of my designs are handmade by me and therefore, every item you purchase from my shop is guaranteed to be one-of-a-kind. I immediately anneal all my beads overnight in a digitally controlled kiln for durability and strength, and clean the holes thoroughly with a Dremel tool.

My beads are not meant to be handled by small children and may present a choking hazard. Clean with a soft cloth or mild liquid soap and warm water — harsh chemical cleaners can affect any metallic silver glass surface effects.

My beads are all made in a smoke-free studio, but I do have two dogs who sometimes come in to keep my company while I pack up my orders. I welcome custom orders, so please feel free to contact me anytime!
